背景技术
在燃气涡轮机中,在燃气涡轮机的流动路径段的每个级应该满足许多系统要求以满足设计目标。这些设计目标包括,但不限于,总体改善的效率和翼片负荷能力。例如,且决不限制本发明,压缩机定子的叶片应该达到用于特定级的热的和机械的操作要求。此外,例如,且决不限制本发明,压缩机转子的叶片应该达到用于特定级的热的和机械的操作要求。
【发明内容】
依照本发明的一个示范性的方面,制造的物品具有大致依照表1中陈列的笛卡儿坐标值X、Y和Z的标称外形。其中X和Y为英寸距离,当通过平滑连续弧线将它们连接时,其在每个英寸距离Z处限定翼片外形段。在Z距离处的外形段彼此平滑地结合以形成完整的翼片形状。
依照本发明的另一示范性的方面,压缩机包括压缩机轮。该压缩机轮具有多个制造的物品。每个制造的物品包括具有翼片形状的翼片。翼片包括大致依照表1中陈列的笛卡儿坐标值X、Y和Z的标称外形,其中X和Y为英寸距离,当通过平滑连续弧线将它们连接时,其在每个英寸距离Z处限定翼片外形段。在Z距离处的外形段彼此平滑地结合以形成完整的翼片形状。

【具体实施方式】
现在参见附图,图1图示包括多个压缩机级的燃气涡轮机压缩机2的轴向压缩机流动路径1。压缩机级在图中顺序标记。压缩机流动路径包括任何数量的转子级和定子级,例如18。然而,转子和定子级的精确数量是工程设计的选择。如本发明所实施的,能够在燃烧室中提供任何数量的转子和定子级。17个转子级仅是一个示范性的涡轮机设计。18个转子级并不意味以任何方式限制本发明。
压缩机转子叶片传递动能到空气流且因此致使通过压气机的希望的压力上升。直接在转子翼片后面的是定子翼片级。转子和定子翼片都旋转空气流,减缓空气流速度(以各自的翼片参考系),且产生空气流的静压力的上升。翼片的构造(连同其与周围的翼片的相互作用),包括其周向表面,提供了在本发明的其他希望的方面中的级空气流效率、提高的空气力学、从级到级的平滑层流、减少的热应力、提高的级的相互关系以有效地从级到级流通空气流、和减少的机械应力。典型地,多排转子/定子级堆叠在轴向流动压缩机中以达到希望的排出-进口压力比。转子和定子翼片能够通过合适的接附构造,经常已知为“根部”、“基部”或者“燕尾榫”(参见图2-5)固定到转子轮或者定子壳体。
压缩机2的级在图1中示范性地图示。压缩机2的级包括多个周向间隔的安装在转子轮51上的转子叶片22和多个周向间隔的接附到静态压缩机壳体59的定子叶片23。每个转子轮接附到后驱动轴58,其连接到发动机的涡轮机段。转子叶片和定子叶片位于压缩机的流动路径1中。通过压缩机流动路径1的空气流的方向,如本发明实施的,由箭头60(图1)指示。压缩机2的该级仅作为本发明范围内的压缩机2的级的示范。图示和描述的压缩机2的级并不意味以任何方式限制本发明。
转子叶片22安装在构成后驱动轴58的部分的转子轮51上。如图2-6图示的,每个转子叶片22提供有平台61,和用于与转子轮51上的互补形状的配合燕尾榫(未显示)连接的大致或者接近轴向进入燕尾榫62。然而,如本发明实施的,轴向进入燕尾榫可以提供有翼片外形。如图2-6中图示的,每个转子叶片22包括转子叶片翼片63。从而,在翼片的一般形状中,在从平台61的中点处的翼片根部64到转子叶片尖端65的任何截面处,每个转子叶片22具有转子叶片翼片外形66(图6)。
为了限定转子叶片翼片的翼片形状,提供空间中独特的点集合或者轨迹。该独特的点集合或者轨迹满足级要求,从而级能够制造。独特的点轨迹也满足希望的用于级效率和减少的热和机械应力的要求。点轨迹通过在使压缩机能够以有效、安全和平稳的方式运行的空气动力学和机械负荷之间反复得到。
如本发明实施的,轨迹限定转子叶片翼片外形且能够包括相对于发动机的旋转轴线的点集合。例如,能够提供点集合以限定转子叶片翼片外形。
在下表中给出的笛卡儿坐标系X、Y和Z值在沿其长度不同位置处限定转子叶片翼片的外形。如本发明实施的,翼片能够作为第3级翼片可变定子叶片得到应用。X、Y和Z坐标的坐标值以英寸陈列,尽管当值适当地转换时可以使用尺寸的其他单位。这些值排除平台的圆角区。笛卡儿坐标系具有正交相关的X、Y和Z轴线。如用于转子的图7和用于定子的图8中图示,X轴线平行于压缩机叶片的燕尾榫轴线,其与发动机中心线成角度。正的X坐标值为轴向向后,例如压缩机的排气端。正的Y坐标值垂直于燕尾榫轴线定向。正的Z坐标值对于转子叶片定向为径向向外朝翼片的尖端,其朝压缩机的静态壳体,且对于定子叶片定向为径向向内朝压缩机的发动机中心线。
如图5中图示,仅用于参考目的,通过沿堆叠轴线的翼片和平台的交叉处建立点0。在翼片的示范性的实施例中,点0定义为参考段,其中上表的Z坐标为0.000英寸,其为从发动机或者转子中心线的设定的事先确定的距离。
通过在垂直于X、Y平面的Z方向的选定位置处定义X和Y坐标值,在沿翼片长度的每个Z距离处转子叶片翼片的外形段能够确定,例如但不限于图6中的外形段66。通过用平滑连续弧线连接X和Y值,在每个距离Z处的每个外形段66能够固定。在距离Z之间的不同表面位置的翼片外形通过平滑地彼此连接相邻的外形段66决定,从而形成翼片外形。这些值代表在环境的、未操作或者非热的条件的翼片外形且用于未涂层的翼片。
表值产生且显示到3个小数位以决定翼片的外形。存在典型的制造公差以及涂层,这在实际翼片外形中需要考虑。从而,给定的外形值用于标称翼片。因此可以理解,+/-典型制造公差,例如+/-值,包括任何涂层厚度,可添加到X和Y值。从而,在垂直于沿翼片外形任何表面位置的方向,大约+/-0.160英寸的距离限定用于转子叶片翼片设计和压缩机的翼片外形包络线。换句话说,如本发明实施的,在垂直于沿翼片外形任何表面位置的方向,大约+/-0.160英寸的距离限定在标称冷的或者室温的实际翼片表面上的测量点和在相同温度下这些点的理想位置的变化范围。如本发明实施的,转子叶片翼片设计对此变化范围是稳键的而不损害机械和空气动力功能。
下表1中给定的坐标值提供用于示范性的第3级翼片可变定子叶片的标称外形包络线。
