    本发明公开了一种基于费希尔判别分析与马氏距离的旋转机械健康评估与故障诊断方法,属于旋转机械设备的基于状态维修技术领域。本发明首先基于小波包分解提取能量特征向量,然后构建判别分析函数并进行健康状态评估,对旋转机械设备进行故障检测,最后对旋转机械设备进行故障诊断。本发明构建了一个融合状态评估、故障检测和故障诊断的综合框架,解决了目前对旋转机械设备综合健康管理的热点问题,实现了旋转机械设备的智能维护;本发明方法不需要旋转机械设备的全寿命状态监测数据即可建立评估诊断模型,降低了对历史数据的依赖性,具有非常高的工程应用性。

    权利要求书基于费希尔判别分析与马氏距离的旋转机械健康评估与故障诊断方法,其特征在于,具体包括如下步骤:
    步骤一、基于小波包分解提取能量特征向量:在旋转机械设备的正常和各类故障工作状态下,采集振动信号,并进行小波包分解从而提取能量特征向量样本;
    步骤二、构建判别分析函数进行健康状态评估:将每种状态下所提取的能量特征向量样本组成训练集,用来进行FDA的学习,实现高维空间到低维空间的转换,并构建各判别总体和判别分析函数;
    计算能量特征向量与正常总体之间的马氏距离,通过对马氏距离的归一化,评估出旋转机械设备在t时刻的健康状态CV;
    步骤三、对旋转机械设备进行故障检测:将t时刻工作状态下旋转机械设备的健康度CV与设定的健康度阈值HT比较,若CV>HT,则旋转机械设备运行状态良好,若CV≤HT,则旋转机械设备存在故障,转入故障诊断;
    步骤四、对旋转机械设备进行故障诊断:结合判别分析函数,计算t时刻工作状态下提取的能量特征向量与各类故障总体之间的马氏距离,与能量特征向量x之间马氏距离最小的故障总体所对应的故障状态确定为故障模式。

<BR>本发明属于旋转机械设备的基于状态维修(CBM)技术领域,具体涉及一种基于费希尔判别分析(FDA)与马氏距离(MD)相结合的旋转机械设备健康评估与故障诊断方法。 <BR>背景技术 <BR>装备系统中的旋转机械设备一旦发生故障和失效问题,将严重影响装备的可用度并对安全性、任务性和经济性造成影响。因此,如何合理地制定维护计划,防止设备和产品因故障而失效,已成为降低寿命周期费用、提高可用度的重要手段。而要保持设备和产品的稳定性,现在多采用周期性预防维修或者事后维修的方式,但这两种方式将出现维修不足或者过维修的情况并带来严重的经济损失。随着性能评估、故障诊断和故障预测等技术发展,新的观念是采用智能维护系统,不停地对设备的性能状态进行监测、预测和评估,并按需制定维护计划即基于状态的维修(CBM),以防止它们因故障而失效,从而提高装备的可用度,减少停机时间,降低备件库存、维护费用和安全风险。因此如何对旋转机械设备当前的健康状态进行评估,进而进行故障诊断,已成为目前设备综合健康管理的研究热点之一。 <BR>FDA是一种线性降维技术,在空间映射过程中把各类总体之间最大程度地分离。它确定了一系列的线性变换向量,这些向量是按照最大化类间离散度,同时最小化类内离散度的准则进行排列。选取最优的判别向量使得FISHER准则函数最大,则高维的数据空间可以沿着已获得的FISHER特征方向投影,从而实现了数据降维并将不同类别数据最大程度地分离。马氏距离表示数据的协方差距离,它是一种有效的计算两个未知样本集的相似度的方法。与欧式距离不同的是它考虑到各种特性之间的联系并且是尺度无关的(SCALE‑INVARIANT),即独立于测量尺度。 <BR>目前,对于旋转机械的健康评估和故障诊断正处于起步阶段,而且大部分的现有评估方法都是在故障的特征识别的基础上对当前状态进行评估的。这种方法的关键之一在于需要有待评估设备的齐备的历史故障数据,因为只有通过比较当前状态与各种故障程度的历史特征模式才能实现健康状态评估。这类方法的本质就是状态的模式识别。然而,设备的历史故障数据往往较难获取,尤其是针对一些新安装使用的设备来说,根本没有历史故障数据,评估效果差、鲁棒性差,因此在实际工程中此方法的应用受到了很大的限制。 <BR>发明内容 <BR>本发明的目的是为了解决在进行旋转机械健康状态评估和故障诊断时,现有方法依赖于大量历史数据并且评估效果差、鲁棒性差的问题,提出一种基于费希尔判别分析与马氏距离相结合的旋转机械健康评估与故障诊断方法。 <BR>本发明是一种基于费希尔判别分析与马氏距离相结合的旋转机械健康评估与故障诊断方法,具体包括以下步骤: <BR>步骤一、基于小波包分解提取能量特征向量:旋转机械设备正常信号和各类故障信号通常在各个高频段和低频段都有分布,而小波包分解在低频段和高频段都可以达到很精细的程度,因此非常适用于需同时提取低频和高频特征的信号分解。对小波包分解得到的各频带内的信号进行统计和分析,形成反映信号特征的频带能量指标。在旋转机械设备的正常工作状态和各类故障工作状态下,采集振动信号,并进行小波包分解从而提取能量特征向量样本。 <BR>步骤二、构建判别分析函数并进行健康状态评估:将每种工作状态(包括正常工作状态和各类故障工作状态)下所提取的能量特征向量样本组成训练集,用来进行FDA的学习,实现高维空间到低维空间的转换,并构建各判别总体(包括正常总体和各类故障总体)和判别分析函数。 <BR>将t时刻工作状态下采集到的实时振动信号进行小波包分解提取能量特征向量,结合判别分析函数,计算该能量特征向量与正常总体之间的马氏距离。通过对马氏距离的归一化,评估出设备在t时刻的健康度CV。 <BR>步骤四、对旋转机械设备进行故障检测:将t时刻工作状态下设备的健康度CV与设定的健康度阈值HT比较,若CV&gt;HT,则设备运行状态良好,若CV≤HT,则设备存在故障,转入故障诊断。 <BR>对旋转机械设备进行实时健康评估和故障诊断已成为基于状态维修(CBM)的一种重要分支及研究热点。现有的一些评估方法都是根据设备的全寿命状态监测数据进行健康评估与故障诊断,但这些数据难以获取。本发明针对旋转机械设备的结构及其信号特点,提出一种基于费希尔判别和马氏距离(MD)相结合的旋转机械设备健康评估与故障诊断方法。本发明方法的核心思想是通过计算旋转机械设备当前的运行状态与正常运行状态对应的判别总体之间的偏离程度来评估健康状态,以及通过计算当前运行状态与各类故障状态分别对应的判别总体之间的距离,判定当前工作状态的故障模式。本发明方法利用对性能退化程度的量化描述以及对故障状态的模式识别,实现了旋转机械设备的健康状态评估与故障诊断。 <BR><U>实施例1:</U>液压泵健康状态评估与故障诊断。 <BR>液压泵是整个液压系统的核心,它的工作状态直接影响到整个液压系统的运行状态。因此,液压泵的健康状态评估与故障诊断是极具意义的。本实施例采用液压泵(SCY型轴向柱塞泵)进行验证。分别注入两种典型故障(球头松动、配流盘磨损),在正常和两种故障状态下通过加速度传感器分别采集振动信号,设定轴转速为528r/min,采样频率为1000HZ。下面采用本发明提供的方法进行液压泵健康状态评估与故障诊断: <BR>步骤一、基于小波包分解提取能量特征。 <BR>分别在液压泵处于正常状态和球头松动、配流盘磨损故障状态下,采集振动信号并进行三层小波包分解,提取8个能量特征样本。其中,每种工作状态下的前4个样本构成训练集用于FDA的学习(为了便于辨识,分别对应于正常状态、球头松动和配流盘磨损状态,将它们编号为Normal_1至Normal_4,Fault1_1至Fault1_4,Fault2_1至Fault2_4),余下的4个构成测试集(同样,将它们编号为N_1至N_4,F1_1至F1_4,F2_1至F2_4)。训练集和测试集能量特征向量如表1、2所示。 <BR>利用训练集构建各判别总体和判别分析函数,在此基础上,计算测试集中12个能量特征样本(N_1至N_4,F1_1至F1_4,F2_1至F2_4)与正常总体之间的马氏距离MD,通过归一化,将MD转化为CV。MD和CV计算结果如图6、7所示:前4个结果为正常测试样本(N_1至N_4)对应的MD和CV,后8个结果为故障测试样本(F1_1至F1_4,F2_1至F2_4)对应的MD和CV。显然,与正常状态测试样本相比,球头松动和配流盘磨损故障状态测试样本的MD相当大,这是因为正常测试样本位于正常总体附近,而球头松动和配流盘磨损故障状态测试样本远离正常总体。相反,正常测试样本的CV相当高接近于0.9,也就是处在健康状态,而球头松动和配流盘磨损故障状态测试样本的CV相当低,从而判定它们处在不正常状态。这一结果与事实完全相符,评估效果相当理想。 <BR>步骤三、故障检测。 <BR>通过CV结果可知,N_1至N_4的CV值都高于设定的健康度阈值(HT=0.6),但是,F1_1至F1_4,F2_1至F2_4的CV值低于健康度阈值,从而判定N_1至N_4属于正常状态,而F1_1至F1_4,F2_1至F2_4属于故障状态,进而转入故障诊断以确定它们的故障模式。 <BR>步骤四、故障诊断: <BR>为了判定F1_1至F1_4,F2_1至F2_4的故障模式,将测试集中的正常样本(N_1至N_4)考虑在内,计算测试样本与三个总体之间的马氏距离,为了便于分析,将正常总体标记为G_N,球头松动和配流盘磨损故障总体分别标记为G_F1,G_F2,计算结果如表3所示。通过比较分析可知,测试样本N_1至N_4与总体G_N的马氏距离最小,同样,测试样本F1_1至F1_4,F2_1至F2_4分别与总体G_F1,G_F2的马氏距离最小。从而可以判定,样本N_1至N_4属于正常状态,样本F1_1至F1_4,F2_1至F2_4分别属于球头松动和配流盘磨损故障状态,即确定了它们的故障模式,达到了故障定位的目的。 <BR>轴承是旋转机械设备典型的重要部件,轴承的失效将对机械设备产生一系列的损伤,从而造成安全,任务,经济影响。因此,轴承的健康状态评估与故障诊断非常重要。本实例采用轴承(型号为6205‑2RS&nbsp;JEM&nbsp;SKF)试验台进行验证,测试轴承支撑整个轴,通过电分离分别对内环,外环,滚动体注入7mils的单点故障。分别在四种状态(正常、内环故障、外环故障、滚动体故障)下通过加速度传感器采集振动信号,设定轴转速为1750R/MIN,采样频率为12000HZ。 <BR>步骤一、基于小波包分解提取能量特征。 <BR>分别在轴承处于正常和内环、外环、滚动体故障状态下,采集振动信号并进行三层小波包分解,提取8个能量特征样本。其中,每种状态下的前4个样本构成训练集用于FDA的学习(为了便于辨识,分别对应于正常状态、内环、外环、滚动体故障状态,将它们编号为N_1至N_4,I_1至I_4,O_1至O_4,B_1至B_4),余下的4个构成测试集(同样,将它们编号为N_T1至N_T4,I_T1至I_T4,O_T1至O_T4,B_T1至B_T4)。训练集和测试集能量特征向量如表4、5所示。 <BR>利用训练集构建各判别总体和判别函数,在此基础上,计算测试集中16个能量特征样本(N_T1至N_T4,I_T1至I_T4,O_T1至O_T4,B_T1至B_T4)与正常总体之间的马氏距离MD,通过归一化,将MD转化为CV。MD和CV计算结果如图8、9所示:前4个结果为正常测试样本(N_T1至N_T4)对应的MD和CV,后12个结果为故障测试样本(I_T1至I_T4,O_T1至O_T4,B_T1至B_T4)对应的MD和CV。显然,与正常状态测试样本相比,内环、外环和滚动体故障状态测试样本的MD相当大,这是因为正常测试样本位于正常总体附近,而故障状态测试样本远离正常总体。相反,正常测试样本的CV相当高接近于0.9,也就是处在健康状态,而内环、外环和滚动体故障状态测试样本的CV相当低,从而判定它们处在不正常状态。这一结果与事实完全相符,评估效果相当理想。 <BR>步骤三、故障检测。 <BR>通过CV结果可以看出,N_T1至N_T4的CV值都高于设定的健康阈值(HT=0.6),但是,I_T1至I_T4,O_T1至O_T4,B_T1至B_T4的CV值低于阈值,从而判定I_T1至I_T4,O_T1至O_T4,B_T1至B_T4属于故障状态,进而转入故障诊断以确定它们的故障模式。 <BR>步骤四、故障诊断: <BR>为了判定I_T1至I_T4,O_T1至O_T4,B_T1至B_T4的故障模式,将测试集中的正常样本(N_T1至N_T4)考虑在内,计算测试样本与四个总体之间的马氏距离,为了便于分析,将正常总体标记为G_N,内环、外环和滚动体故障总体分别标记为G_I,G_O和G_B,计算结果如表6所示。通过比较分析可知,测试样本N_T1至N_T4与总体G_N的马氏距离最小,同样,测试样本I_T1至I_T4,O_T1至O_T4,B_T1至B_T4分别与总体G_I,G_O和G_B的马氏距离最小。从而可以判定,样本N_T1至N_T4属于正常状态,样本I_T1至I_T4,O_T1至O_T4,B_T1至B_T4分别属于球头松动和配流盘磨损故障状态,即确定了它们的故障模式,达到了故障定位的目的。
